We get our earrings packed in a pair and are sold in a pair.

We don't sell just one of the earrings incase you lose it. We advise to buy a brand new pair in such cases.

Once we receive the order back in our warehouse we will perform a quality check and initiate your return. Allow 5-7 business days for a refund to appear on your original payment method. Please be aware that it might take your financial institution longer to process a refund on their side. To prevent your sterling silver from tarnishing or gold fading, keep it away from harsh chemicals, keep it dry, store it correctly, and clean and polish when needed.

Take it off when washing your hands or swimming, and keep it in a secure bag or box when you're not wearing it. You also want to take it off when exercising.

The Birthflower Collection is made from surgical steel grade metals along with 18K gold plated. We use PVD plating method for the gold plating which makes the jewelry extra durable and good for everyday use. Our birth-flower series is good to be worn at all times.

All of our products always come packed in a pouch. Kindly use the pouch for storing the jewelry as it made of micro fiber cloth material which will not be abrasive to the jewelry while storage and helps with sterling silver longer life

Our birth-flower and Zodiac collection is waterproof as the base metal is stainless steel along with PVD plating method for gold. This makes the jewelry durable and tarnish free to be worn at all times.
